Our Top Mission...
is to help everyone and bring them a better life.
WHAT WE DO
Seminars
We organize seminars to educate and empower older people on their rights, health, financial planning, and opportunities available to them in Tanzania.
For Volunteers
Volunteers can contribute their time, skills, and expertise to support our older community members. From professional mentoring to hands-on assistance, every contribution matters.
Training
We provide skills training programs that equip older people with the tools they need to remain productive and economically active in today's job market.
Donations
Donations fund our causes directly — from medical support for elderly individuals to community programs that restore dignity and independence to older people across Tanzania.
Employment
We connect qualified older workers with employers who value experience, reliability, and dedication. Retirement should not mean the end of contribution.
Community Partnerships
We partner with organizations, government bodies, and community groups to build a broader support network for older people and their families across Tanzania.
Get to Know Our Foundation
The Philemon Omari Mbaga Foundation was established to honour the late Philemon Omari Mbaga by his Wife, Sons and Daughters. Our Mission is to improve the quality of life of older people by supporting them to live with dignity, remain active, healthy, and independent in their communities.
We work to re-instil in the elderly the confidence that age and productivity are not mutually exclusive — utilizing their experience and maturity in activities that serve the needs of the community.
Through our programs in employment, training, community support, and advocacy, we strive to rid the minds of older people of the fear that age means decline and that retirement means loneliness and loss of prestige.
Our Vision & Mission
